Privacy Policy

Website enquiries, orders & customer support

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you enquire about our products, place an order or request support. It does not replace a separate data-processing agreement for information held within a customer's installed or hosted software.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may receive your name, organisation, phone number, email address, billing address, GST details where applicable, product requirements, order details and support communications. Payment records may include a transaction reference, payment status and amount. Website hosting providers may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs.

2. How information is used

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil accepted orders, deliver or activate software, provide support, issue invoices, reconcile payments, handle refunds, protect services against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Marketing communications, if offered, will provide a way to opt out.

3. Payments and third-party services

Where online payment is offered, payment credentials are entered with the payment service provider, whose privacy and security terms also apply. This catalogue does not collect card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords. Never send these details to our support team. Relevant information may be shared with service providers where necessary for payment processing, communication, hosting or support, or where required by law.

4. Sharing and confidentiality

We do not sell personal information. Access and sharing are limited to legitimate business, service delivery or legal purposes. If remote support or data migration is required, access to customer systems and business records must be separately authorised and limited to the agreed task. Customers should avoid sharing patient, student or other sensitive records through general enquiry channels.

5. Cookies and external links

This standalone catalogue uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, enquiry forms or browser storage. Hosting services or external websites, including payment providers, may process technical information under their own policies. Any future tracking or collection features must be reflected in an updated privacy notice and any consent controls required by law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for the period reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, order fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal retention requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Privacy requests and grievances

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy complaint, subject to applicable law and required retention. We may verify your identity before acting. Use the contact details below and identify your request as “Privacy request”; do not include payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive records.

8. Children and policy updates

This catalogue is directed to business purchasers and authorised representatives. We do not knowingly solicit children's information through it. Processing of student or patient data within a customer's software requires separate arrangements with that customer. Material changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date.

Terms & Conditions

Product selection, purchase & use

1. Company and applicability

These terms apply to this catalogue and purchases from 7 HILLS IT SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and authorised to act for the purchasing organisation. Please review these terms and the specific quotation or order agreement before purchase.

2. Products, editions and quotations

Silver, Gold and Diamond are product edition names. A higher price alone does not specify particular features. The accepted written quotation must identify the product, edition, modules, supported platform, licence period, user/device limits, deliverables, implementation schedule, support and any renewals. Do not assume that customisation, source code, hardware, hosting, SMS, app-store fees or third-party services are included unless expressly stated.

3. Prices, taxes and payments

Prices on this page are in Indian Rupees. The quotation or invoice will specify whether GST is included or added, any agreed additional charges, payment milestones and the total amount payable before payment is requested. Payment must be made through an official payment channel communicated by the company. Keep the invoice and transaction reference. An order is accepted when we issue written confirmation; payment alone does not change the agreed scope.

4. Delivery and customer responsibilities

Software is supplied digitally or installed remotely/on-site as agreed. A delivery or activation date must be confirmed in the order. You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, authorised access, compatible equipment, necessary connectivity where applicable and timely approvals. Any impact on delivery caused by missing prerequisites or changes will be communicated and rescheduled in writing.

5. Licence and intellectual property

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, you receive a limited right to use the delivered software under its agreed licence. Software ownership, copyright and source code remain with the respective rights holders. You must not unlawfully copy, resell, distribute or misuse the software. Customer business data remains subject to the customer's rights and applicable law.

6. Support, changes and third-party services

Support coverage, maintenance, upgrades, backups and response commitments are those expressly stated in the quotation. New features and work outside the accepted scope require a separate estimate and approval. Third-party software, services and app stores may have their own terms and fees. Do not assume unlimited or lifetime support.

7. Acceptable use and data responsibilities

Use the software lawfully, protect login credentials and keep appropriate backups unless backup services have been expressly included. Customer data may be accessed for support only with authorisation. Where we host or process information on your behalf, the relevant security, privacy, backup and data-return responsibilities must be agreed separately.

8. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

The Refund / Cancellation Policy below applies to cancellation and refund requests. Contact us promptly about a defect, non-delivery or billing discrepancy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability or specific service warranty must be stated in the accepted contract and remain subject to applicable law.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through the company support contact. Disputes may be brought before a court or forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. Revised terms apply prospectively; a change to this page does not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Proposed commercial policy · confirm before publication

Software licences and implementation services may involve activation, configuration or customised work. The following rules explain when you may request cancellation or a refund. They do not limit statutory remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services.

1. Cancellation before activation or work begins

You may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of payment if no licence has been activated or delivered and no implementation, configuration or custom development work has begun. An eligible cancellation receives a full refund. The order confirmation should identify when delivery, activation or project work is scheduled to begin.

2. After activation, delivery or commencement

Change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after licence activation or delivery. For services or custom development already started, any cancellation settlement will account for work actually completed and non-recoverable third-party costs only where those costs and cancellation terms were disclosed and accepted before purchase. We will provide a written explanation of any deductions and refund any eligible unearned balance. Defect and non-delivery claims are addressed separately below.

3. Duplicate payments, non-delivery and defects

  • Duplicate payment: A verified extra payment for the same order will be refunded.
  • Payment debited but order not confirmed: Contact us with the transaction reference so we can reconcile the payment. An unsuccessful transaction may be reversed by the bank or provider; a settled payment for an unfulfilled order is eligible for refund.
  • Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed product or service by the confirmed date, notify us. If the failure is not resolved within 7 business days of written notice, you may cancel the undelivered portion and request a refund for it.
  • Material defect or mismatch: Report the issue with supporting details. We will assess it against the accepted scope and offer a remedy, replacement or appropriate refund where the agreed obligation cannot be fulfilled. Statutory remedies remain available.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact our team using the support details below. Provide the customer or business name, invoice/order number, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. A written request or written confirmation of a phone request is required for a clear record. Never share a card CVV, UPI PIN, password or OTP.

5. Review and refund timelines

We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and communicate the decision within 7 business days after receiving the information necessary to assess the request. If more time is required, we will explain the reason and provide an update. Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of approval to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider credit may take a further 5–10 business days; we will share the refund reference for tracking.

6. Renewals, licence closure and escalation

Cancellation of a subscription or maintenance renewal stops future renewals only as stated in that order; it does not automatically refund an already supplied service period. A refunded licence may be deactivated, and you must stop using it. Any customer data export or return should be arranged before deactivation where applicable. If a refund is overdue, contact support with the refund reference. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in India.

Before payment: Confirm the edition features, total price, activation date and cancellation eligibility in your written order.

Digital Delivery & Installation

Software products & services

Products on this page are software or digital services. No physical shipping applies unless hardware or another physical item is separately included in the order.

Delivery may be through a download link, licence credentials, remote installation, on-site installation or an agreed app distribution channel. The method, prerequisites and delivery or implementation timeline will be stated in the written quotation before payment. Custom mobile apps and integrations follow the milestones in the accepted project scope; they are not represented as instant downloads.

If delivery is delayed, we will communicate the reason and a revised schedule. For a missed confirmed delivery date, refer to the non-delivery provisions above.
